The Commissions of Enquiry (Validation and Immunity from Proceedings) Bill, 2009
Debate resumed on the Commissions of Enquiry (Validation and Immunity from Proceedings) Bill, 2009. Some ten members made interventions (15 overall over the course of two days of debate) before the Attorney General rose to conclude. The Bill was considered in Committee and passed with amendments. It was then read a third time and passed unanimously (36 for, none against).
