The Prime Minister made a Statement on the status of the implementation of the death penalty.
Two Bills were introduced, the first was in the name of the Minister of Finance. The Minister moved that the next stage of the Bill be taken later in the proceedings. Leave was granted.

The Minister of Finance moved a Motion to approve the First Report (2010/2011 Session) of the Finance Committee of the House of Representatives. The Leader of the Opposition was first to respond, followed by the Leader of the House and the Member for Diego Martin North/East. 16 Members made contributions before the Minister rose to conclude at 6 a.m. The Motion was approved.
The Minister of Finance moved the second reading of the Finance (Supplementation and Variation of Appropriation)(Financial Year 2010) Bill, 2011. The Bill was then read a third time and passed.
