House Appointments of Joint Select Committee Members

Members were appointed to serve on two Joint Select Committees on establishing the Legislative Proposal to provide for public procurement and disposal of public property together with the Legislative Proposal to repeal and replace the Central Tenders Board Act and on Parliamentary Accommodation established to consider essential guiding policies related to member and staff accommodation during the Restoration of the Red House Project and report to both Houses from time to time.

Land Acquisition

The Minster of Food Production, Land and Marine Affairs moved a motion to approve the decision of the President to acquire the lands described in Appendix I (see Order Paper) for the public purpose specified. He was followed by the Leader of the Opposition.
