Private Motion: Commitment to Democracy
Debate continued on a Private Motion by Sen. Fitzgerald Hinds which asks the Government to reaffirm its commitment to principles of democracy. Sen. Shamfa Cudjoe was first to enter the debate, followed by Sen. Helen Drayton, the Minister of Energy and Energy Affairs and Sen. Pennelope Beckles. Debate on the motion was suspended.
