The Leader of the House, Hon. Camille Robinson-Regis, MP, moved a motion that the JSC appointed to consider and report on the Fisheries Management (No. 2) Bill, 2020 be allowed an extension of 7 months in order for the Committee to complete its work and submit a final report by July 31, 2021. The motion was approved.
She then moved a motion that the JSC appointed to consider and report on The Miscellaneous Provisions (Local Government Reform) Bill, 2020 be allowed an extension of 3 months in order for the Committee to complete its work and submit a final report by March 31, 2021. This motion was also approved.
The House considered the Senate amendments to The Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property (Amendment) Bill, 2020. The amendments were approved.
The House considered the Senate amendments to The Miscellaneous Provisions [2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV)] (No. 2) Bill, 2020. The amendments were approved.
The House considered the Senate amendments to The Miscellaneous Amendments (Powers of Statutory Authorities and Matters related to certain Boards) Bill, 2020. The amendments were approved.

The Minister of Finance, Hon. Colm Imbert, MP, moved the second reading of The Finance Bill, 2020. Debate began on the Bill. Following the debate, the Bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole for consideration. Amendments were made. With 19 votes for, 0 votes against and 9 abstentions, the Bill was read a third time and passed.
