Four Bills were introduced, The State Suits Limitation Bill, 2012, The Registration of Titles to Land (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill, 2012, the Land Adjudication (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill, 2012 and the Securities Bill, 2012.

The Minister of Local Government moved Motions to approve the Elections and Boundaries Commission (Local Government and Tobago House of Assembly)(Tobago) Orders. The Leader of the Opposition was first to contribute, followed by the Minister for Tobago Development and the Minister of State in the Ministry of the People and Social Development. The Minister of Local Government then rose to conclude. Both Motions were approved.

Before adjourning, several Members rose to extend Divali greetings to the Hindu community. The sitting ended at 2:48 p.m.
