Mr. Roopnarine Rambachan served as the Member of Parliament for Siparia in the 2nd Independent Parliament. He was an attorney-at-law.

Mr. Rambachan passed away on April 25, 2023. Tributes were paid to him in the House of Representatives on June 20, 2023.
