Mr. Mahadeo Jagmohan served as a Government Senator between 1994 and 1995 and an Opposition Senator during the 5th Republican Parliament (1995 to 2000). Mr. Jagmohan died in August 2008. Tribute was paid to him in the Senate on September 9, 2008 by Sen. Linus Rogers, Sen. Wade Mark, Sen. Gail Merhair and Sen. the Hon. Danny Montano.
