
Senator Francis Lewis
Mr. Francis Lewis was appointed Independent Senator on May 23, 2025 at the start of the 13th Republican Parliament. He previously served as a Temporary Independent Senator during the 12th Republican Parliament.
Mr. Lewis is a business strategist with over 30 years of regional expertise, with a broad and proven track record in business development, marketing, sales (b2b/b2c) management, and branding. As a consultant and executive, he has consistently delivered value across diverse industries by helping organizations enhance competitiveness, manage transformation, and drive sustainable growth.
Mr. Lewis is also a facilitator and trainer, particularly with frontline leaders and business development professionals. He is also a coach and mentor. As a Senior Adjunct Professor and former Head of the Marketing Subject Group at the UWI-Lok Jack Global School of Business, he played a foundational role in its development, having been a startup partner in its pioneering precursor - the Institute of Business (IOB).
Mr. Lewis has served on the boards of numerous commercial enterprises, agencies, and NGOs.
Mr. Lewis holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s in Management and Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School, Philadelphia.
