Mr. Felix Gergory Bellamy represented the constituency of Arima during the first Republican Parliament (1976-1991).

Mr. Bellamy is a former Mayor of Arima and member of the Arima Borough Council. During his Parliamentary tenure he was a member of several select committees including those concerning amateur radio and the Lions Club. He was also involved in many sporting activities and was a commissioner of affidavits.

Mr. Bellamy passed away in May of 2011 at the age of 92. Tribute was paid to him in the House of Representatives on May 27, 2011 by Hon. Dr. Roodal Moonilal, MP, Hon. Dr. Keith Rowley, MP and the Speaker of the House.
