Ms. Donna Prowell served as an Opposition Senator (PNM) during the 3rd Republican Parliament. She was one of the six Opposition Senators whose appointments were revoked during the transition of the office of Leader of the Opposition from Patrick Manning to Basdeo Panday in September of 1990.
