Mr. David Thomas was elected to the House of Representatives, as the Member for Tobago East in the 13th Republican Parliament, in April of 2025.

Mr. Thomas is a retired fire officer, who was posted to the Roxborough Fire Station for 40 years. He was the Assistant Chief Fire Officer in charge of the Tobago Division.
