Joint Select Committee of Parliament appointed to consider and report on a Bill entitled "An Act to repeal and replace the Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) Identification Act, 2000" and to report to Parliament by Wednesday February 28, 2007.

The Committee submitted two interim reports seeking extensions.

The Final Report of the Committee was presented in the House of Representatives on 24 August 2007 and in the Senate on Monday September 3, 2007.
