Commonwealth Day is celebrated on March 10 each year with events and activities taking place across various countries throughout the month of March. This year’s theme, ‘Together We Thrive’, celebrates the enduring spirit of the Commonwealth Family – 56 independent member countries united by shared values enshrined in the Commonwealth Charter. Rooted in the principles of family, unity and peace, the theme highlights the importance of fostering strong and connected communities that support and empower their members, enabling meaningful progress.
The Parliament of Trinidad and Tobago celebrated Commonwealth Day 2025 with a cultural presentation, held on Thursday 13 March, 2025 at the Parliamentary Complex, Port of Spain. Students from secondary schools across Trinidad and Tobago were invited to participate in the celebrations.
