Joint Select Committee appointed to consider and report before June 30, 2004 on Government's arrangement, with appropriate permission, for full debates on the business of both Houses to be transmitted to the public through the electronic media, (television and radio) in an equitable and discreetly edited form on fixed days of the week and with such transmission to begin from the end of the year, 2004.
