(1) The Committee of Privileges shall have the duty of considering and reporting on any matter referred to it by the Speaker or the House, in accordance with Standing Order 32 (Privilege Matters) and Standing Order 55 (Order in the House and in Committee). It shall be the duty of the Committee to consider any matter so referred and to report thereon to the House.
(2) The Speaker shall be a member and the Chairman of the Committee of Privileges.
(3) The Committee of Privileges shall consist of six (6) Members inclusive of the Chairman.
