The Budget Debate for fiscal 2011 resumed from September 20, 2010. The Minister of Energy and Energy Affairs was first to contribute, followed by Sen. Dr. Rolph Balgobin, Sen. Fitzgerald Hinds and Sen. Dr. James Armstrong. Eight Members made contributiond including maiden interventions from Sen. David Abdulah and Sen. Ravi Ratiram. Debate on the Bill was then suspended.

At the next sitting, debate is expected to resume on the Appropriation (Financial Year 2011) Bill, 2010.
