The Budget Debate continued in the Senate (from October 19, 2011). Sen. Corrine Baptiste McKnight resumed her contribution from the previous sitting. She was followed by the Minister of Planning and the Economy, Sen. Terrence Deyalsingh and Sen. Dr. Rolph Balgobin. 12 Senators made contributions before the debate was suspended.
