The Urban and Regional Planning Profession Bill, 2019
An Act to establish a Council for Urban and Regional Planners and to provide for the regulation of the urban and regional planning profession and other matters incidental thereto.
The Bill as introduced contains 61 clauses and eight schedules, and requires the support of no less than three-fifths of the members of both Houses in order to be passed. It was brought forward from the 4th Session of the 11th Parliament.
