The Property Tax Bill, 2009

An Act to make provision for the assessment, rating and taxation of land and for matters related thereto.
The Bill seeks to create a new paradigm in Trinidad and Tobago for the assessment of property for the purposes of taxation. The Bill contains seven Parts and 60 clauses.
