An Act to provide for the protection of personal privacy and information

This Bill seeks to protect the privacy of personal and private information of individuals which is entered into electronic format. When the Bill is passed, the resulting Act will require proclamation. The Bill as introduced consists of 99 clauses and one Schedule.
