- The Children Bill, 2012: The Minister of Gender, Youth and Child Development moved the second reading of the Children Bill, 2012. Debate was then suspended.

Matter On The Adjournment
- The Authority of the Commissioner of Police: The Member Diego Martin North/East raised the matter of the Commissioner of Police exceeding his authority by improperly procuring the lease for Air Support Services for the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service. The Minister of National Security rose to respond.
