Remarks:
  • The Bill seeks to amend the Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago Act (No. 16 of 2004) to extend, from two years to four years, the transitional period during which the Act deems post secondary and tertiary education institutions that were lawfully performing their functions in Trinidad and Tobago at the commencement of the Act to be authorized to continue to perform those functions.
