Remarks:
  • The Bill seeks to place an obligation on the master of every ship, boat, aircraft or other air and sea carrier bringing passengers to Trinidad and Tobago, to provide to the Chief Immigration Officer the information contained in the travel documents of such passengers. The Bill would require this information to be provided prior to the departure of the vessel from its last port of call
