  • The main purpose of the Bill is to amend the Police Service Act, 2006, to effect certain consequential amendments and to clarify certain matters, including the composition of the Police Service of Trinidad and Tobago, the Promotions Advisory Board, promotions in the First Division, etc. The Bill requires a simple majority vote.
