Remarks:
- This Bill seeks to amend the Students’ Revolving Loan Fund Act,
Chap. 39:05 (“the Act”) to provide for the Permanent Secretary of the
Ministry with responsibility for Tertiary Education, to replace the
Chief Personnel Officer as Chairman of the Board of Management of the
Fund and other consequential amendments.
