Remarks: 
  • This Bill seeks to amend the Copyright Act, 1997 (Act No. 8 of 1997) to facilitate Trinidad and Tobago’s accession to the World Intellectual Property Copyright Treaty and to the World Intellectual Property Performances and Phonogram Treaty and to strengthen the enforcement provisions of the Act.
